The service

MTDFox provides digital record-keeping software for UK landlords and sole traders preparing for Making Tax Digital. During the beta the service is free; paid plans will be announced before billing begins.

Not tax advice

MTDFox is software, not an accountancy firm. Tax estimates are indicative simplifications and must not be relied on as advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your records and submissions to HMRC. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified accountant.

Your responsibilities

Keep your login credentials secure; enter accurate information; use the service lawfully. You retain ownership of your data and can export it at any time.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the beta is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice. You may close your account at any time in Settings. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
